Information you send

When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, optional phone number, service interest, budget range, and project details. This information is emailed to Web Design Taxi so I can review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, or other sensitive personal data.

How it is used

I use the information to discuss your project, provide estimates, and follow up on related questions. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a mailing list. The website does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics in this initial release.

Cookies and abuse prevention

The contact form uses a temporary session cookie to support its human check and prevent forged submissions. The server temporarily retains limited submission attempt counters keyed by a one-way hash of the requesting IP address. Those counters are intended to expire after the rate limit window; older counter files may remain on the server until cleaned up. Server and email providers may keep normal operational logs.

Retention and third parties

Messages may remain in the business email account until no longer needed for correspondence or ordinary business records. The hosting provider and email systems process data as needed to operate the site and deliver inquiries. This site does not sell contact-form submissions.

Manage your information

Use the dedicated forms to request access, request a correction, or request deletion of information you previously submitted. Requests are routed through the contact form. Identity verification, manual review, and applicable retention requirements may affect what can be provided, corrected, or removed. Please do not include identity documents or passwords in the initial form.

This notice describes the initial site. It should be reviewed if analytics, advertising, a CRM, or additional data services are introduced.
